The Red Devon Market, Bar and Restaurant is committed to using only the finest local ingredients available. Some foods that have become staples in most of our kitchens – lemons, coffee, vanilla – simply can’t be grown in our climate. We have thought hard about what we can and cannot do without in our restaurant kitchen, and compromised only where it seemed absolutely necessary. However, whenever possible we will pursue a policy of purchasing locally, seasonally and sustainably, for the sake of our farms, our farmers and our farmland communities.

The following New York farmers help us meet this mission, providing us in the winter months with the meat and dairy products that make up our delicious market and restaurant offerings: seasonal soups, handmade charcuterie, and house cured and smoked products, breads and pastries baked daily, ice creams, and your next meal. And in the spring, look forward to our favorite local produce growers!
